Reading for Fun

The Robert Bowne Foundation kicks off Volume 2 of the Page Turner with a special summer issue that will help you make summer reading fun for the children in your program. Regular features The Wire and Bookshelf are here, but we also offer two special features: one on using the Page Turner for professional development to help you plan for the program year, and one featuring Ten Terrific Reading Activities you can use right now to enliven your summer reading program. Subsequent issues will have a new feature on using book clubs to enhance literacy development. Look for it this fall!
